We stayed for four nights (25-29 August). Ideally situated. Our room (Room 1) overlooked the harbour and the lifeboat station. Spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully decorated. John and Sandra could not have been more accommodating. Choice of breakfast - full English cooked to order or a wide variety of fruit, pastry, cereals, bread etc. Can highly recommend The Lantana and the hosts.

What can I say, firstly one of loveliest couple we have met. They were attentive and very professional. The place itself is excellent, beautiful decor and extremely clean. Our room was beautiful and the view onto the harbour captivating. Our stay was leisurely and we left feeling relaxed and ready for our journey home. Visiting Weymouth again we will definitely return. Thank you so much John & Sandra 💋

I came down here for my partners brothers wedding reception for the weekend. I have to say this is a great place to stay. Bright clean and the owners were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I really cant find a bad word to say about our stay. Views from both ends of the building. Over looking the beach one end or the quayside with all the boats the other. Comfy bed I didn’t want to get out of. Breakfast was class. And to eat out on the terrace looking over the quay side was magic. 100% would come and stay here again when in Weymouth. Thank you John and Sandra you both made our stay that little bit more special.

Just returned from a four nights stay at this beautiful guest house which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We stayed in room 1 with a great view overlooking the harbour. The room is very tastefully decorated with lovely attention to detail. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Thanks to Sandra and John for our amazing breakfast. (which can be eaten on the terrace or inside) Fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pastries and toast, followed by a full English cooked by Sandra. Sandra and John are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted with a lovely welcome and a complimentary glass of wine or beer (lovely touch). They go over and above to make your stay perfect. Looking forward to our next stay.

What a fabulous B&B this is! Stayed with my friend for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more welcoming! John and Sandra push the boat out for Sure! Drink on arrival (alcoholic!) which went down a treat. Lovely clean room with a beautiful sea view (my friend had a fabulous harbour view) and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, toast, pain au chocolate, before a freshly cooked brekky (sausages amazing and Sandra cooks eggs to perfection). Nothing not to like here and nothing too much trouble. Coming back September can’t wait! If you want the best this is the place to visit! Thank you both for the perfect stay! X

My husband and l stayed here for a long weekend. From the moment we arrived, John and Sandra made it a great stay as always. We were greeted with a beer and wine, which was really nice. They have made some changes to the decor, which are great. The breakfast is fantastic, Sandra cooks it perfectly, the fresh fruit bowl is very good also. I feel like l am cutting my nose off to spite my face, as believe me when you stay here you want to return leaving us all to fight for a vacancy. 🤨 if you are looking to stay in a bed and breakfast l can highly recommend the Lantana.☺️
