Not happy at all for one I wasn't given the room i booked the one i booked and payed for had a large bay window thats why I booked then had to clime 4 flights of staircases to get to our dirty and dusty room finally got our money back after a week of room insurance and then got charged 15 for parking permit even though we could not park our car nerer by so had to drag suitcase to the property. The very worst stay ever !!!!

What an amazing find, I booked a single deluxe room and was not disappointed. The room had the most amazing sea view was compact but had everything I needed. Tea and coffee make facilities and the use of a kitchen and communal room if required. The bathroom was well stocked and the shower was easy to use. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Great sized wardrobe and also a chair to sit on. I would highly recommend. I stayed in the lovely seaside room number 3. Thank you Vinod for your help with my booking and the door when I arrived with all my bags. I would definitely book again.

I made a reservation to stay at this premise through ***********. The property was described as a hotel and I booked for three nights a deluxe room with private bathroom for the sum of £240. Wrongly and my fault I assumed this meant en suite. As is the norm with *********** I paid approximately a week before the due date but shortly after I then received a further email stating I had to pay a £100 ‘deposit’ for damages that may occur. This was after I had the chance to cancel my booking and have my fee returned. I paid the ‘deposit’. I then enquired about car parking and was informed I would be able to purchase a parking permit for £5 a day. This is incredibly good value, however parking spaces within the zone are rare. I was fortunate to be able to park my car on the esplanade and didn’t move it for the three days I was in Weymouth. All the time I was there I saw one other space. If I had moved my car I would never have got another space! I have never stayed in a hotel/B and B which has been as less personal as this one. All communication is via WhatsApp or email. Upon arrival your outside door key is retrieved from a key safe and your room key from another key safe once you have entered the premise. I had been allocated room 6. This was on the fourth floor and shared the landing with room 7. I immediately saw that my private bathroom was on this landing. Fortunately, room 7 was unoccupied. I then entered my deluxe room. Immediate impressions were ‘what is deluxe about this’? The room had standard furniture; two easy chairs were situated in front of a high window. A sink was one side of the bed making it impossible for that side to have a bedside table and the other side of the bed had a bedside table which was hit by the door every time it was opened. There was a fridge, which regularly buzzed, placed on the floor with a portable heater above it! After the first day we returned to our rooms to find that the room had not been serviced or the towels which we had placed in the shower as per instructions had not been changed. I contacted the owner, via email and was told that the room could be serviced for £25 and the towels replaced for £10. We declined both. What was good about the room, the bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. There was enough tea and coffee for our time there. The view over the river from the average sized window was nice although we couldn’t sit and look out the window. The room was very dusty especially at the side of the bed and on the skirtings. If there was a fire then I suspect we may have been in trouble getting out of the property. Fire doors on all floors had been wedged open and there were loose electrical wiring visible in numerous places. The kitchen was also left open for all to use with a wide variety of appliances that could have been left switched on and unattended. What a lovely place to stay in Weymouth. We were right next to the beach. And with beautiful 3rd floor view of all the harbour. Rooms and hotel was spotless. The owner very friendly and helpful. Was our first time visiting Weymouth and we both said we would only ever come back to this hotel. Value for money was brilliant. Nothing we could possibly ask more of.

We had booked here for 3 days. Back in June, being disabled and a pensioner, I had asked not to be put on a top floor and the manager replied we were on the 2nd floor, it sounded doable. Parking permits were also available. Upon arrival, permits £5.00 a day, no prior mention of this so it's straight into his pocket! The stairs to the second floor involved several flights and turns and by the time I had got to the top I could no longer walk and hardly breathe. (If the owner had informed me of this I would never have booked) Clearly I would not be able to do this 3 days running. The owners daughter, saw my struggle and said we could stay for this first night. Ten minutes later the actual owner called me and asked us to leave. 6.00 pm IN THE EVENING BY THE TIME WE HAD GOT TO OUR CAR OVER THE ROAD THIS DECEIVER HAD TAKEN £285.00 OUT OF OUR BANK ACCOUNT AND CLOSED THE CURTAINS TO OUR ROOM! I am a disabled pensioner and have never in all of my travels had such an awful experience. In all honesty I would not want anyone else to go through this!
