Found a cockroach in our room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke leading to our throats being itchy. In the morning we talked to the lady at the front desk asking if we could refund the next 2 nights wich where in a separate booking. The lady talked to the manager and told us we would get a full refund. We have called the property and contacted ******* to contact the property countless times to get that refund that they promised us. It seems like the manager is dodging the calls and expedites team that’s trying to get the refund. Do not waste your money here.

Unfortunately, had to cut my stay short. As soon as I arrived to the parking lot, didn't like the individuals coming in and out of the hotel - transaction or long term type guests. For the price, it looked more like a roadside motel. Room smelled like mold and with weird rug & sofa stains. Definetely - not recommended.

My room was 55 degrees and the thermostat was disabled. I asked for a second blanket on the second night. The alarm clock wàs unusable. The room number was 228.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament, and it was awful. Zero-star hotel. No exaggeration, there were sketchy individuals and people engaged in suspicious behavior on our floor—like something straight out of Breaking Bad. The entire floor and room reeked of all kinds of smoke—thick and unmistakable—plus foul odors and something bizarre and off-putting I’d never smelled before—possibly tied to Breaking Bad activities? Hard to say! Other teammates saw shady guests throwing bags of trash out the window, and for two days, there was a pile of someone’s personal belongings dumped next to the parking lot. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done, which suggests they’re well aware their hotel is a hub for illegal activities and questionable conduct. Stay away.

Family trip made comfortable! Very nice. Beds were comfortable. Only thing that was a problem was the bathtub was small. But everything else was awesome. I’m saving this place as my permanent stay when I come back up.

Overall cleanliness of hotel/pool was sub par at best. Had to ask for pool towels as the dirty towel bin was overflowing. Towels were left on the pool deck floor overnight (not picked up the following morning dirty pool towel bin still overflowing.

Huge red stain on the carpet at the entrance of our room, the only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor, and the first night we stayed there was no hot water for the shower. All 3 of us had to take cool showers that kept going cold then back to cool..horrible.

Wouldn't recommend The stay was horrible. Started at front desk, young man was rude. Once in the room, noticed the bathroom was not completely cleaned. The toilet had blood stains on it. We went to front desk to inform young man, who said sorry, and looked at me like I was lying. Finally try to use toilet, slow drain, and gets backed up. Shower head doesn't sprinke water out only drips, with remaining water coming out of faucet. Shower curtain only closes on middle, not completely. There was noise for hours early hours of morning from 3-5am. Entire experience was ridiculous. Also we're in room 201! Once more thing the smoke detector had a shower cap over it.
