*Room was good but having a continuous sound in geyser. * Taking too much time for a la carte order. * very untidy way of serving in restaurant ,as they were cater to one group also . * communication on 15% discount on food was not pass on to hotel by reservation team ,I have to share my email to avail the discount. Overall good ,but many things can be made better . 1st impression is last impression, no welcome by the front desk ,should be ,as I am also from the same industry .
