Rufina Palm Bliss

If photos can ever lead you to a wrong choice of booking then this is a perfect example. Please don't go by the bright and exotic photographs for Palm Bliss. The hotel is extremely average but pigeon hole size rooms. I paid for Kanchenjunga Balcony view rooms and I was offered a basement room, saying that's the only one available. the stairs down to the basement was dingy, poorly maintained and smelly. The room was v basic. linen was stained. the balcony didn't even have a chair to sit. the crew was indifferent. Food was just okay. I guess the top floor rooms and alleyways were better. but this is a rare occasion where same room rent will give u varying types of services and u have to depend on luck. And most importantly the hotel is not cheap by Pelling 's standards. I don't see any positive in the hotel, and unfortunately have no option left other than to rate it low. There are many options at this price so it's better to look out for something more warm and vibrant.

Basic hotel with clean rooms. Balcony rooms have excellent views. Staff is very cooperative and prompt in service. Food is ok with not much variety. Location is little bit far from the centre of pelling. 5

The hospitality at the place was good. The room views were also good. The roof top has the best view of Pelling. Rotis were soft and fluffy and food was wholesome and rooms and service was also good.

Over all experience is great. View of Mt Kanchenjunga was great. Rooms and ambiance more than acceptable. This Hotel is in middle Pelling. Regarding foods in AP plan you have to demand for special menu other wise Mr Pintu Sinha will manage low cost foods.

In the morning when I opened the balcony, , I was amazed at how the golden wave over the Kanchanjanga Mountain. It's my best view from Hotel Balcony. the great location, tasty food and humble and grateful attitude from staff and management makes me wonder. I believe it is one of the best hotels in peilling .

First dint share the name it was a pleasant stay as i am staying in this property for couple of times. The services & staffs are excellent and mold themselves to satisfy guest needs. However they need to focus bit in cleanliness issues as i found out hairs in bedsheets. Overall good stay and will look forward staying in future too.

We had a great Experience staying at Rufina Palm Bliss Pelling. Food quality was Excellent. Staff were very Courteous and caring location is good. Place is so beautiful. Placeful and surrounded by Kanchenjunga Range. You can stay here without going anywhere.
