The Old Bridge House

Just got back from this lovely guest house. It’s in a great location, 10 mins walk to the town. We were met by Colin and Liz on arrival, slightly earlier than we’d said. Our room was ready which was great. Colin gave us an introduction to everything and directed us to parking with a permit. Parking was a few mins walk away. Great advantage having parking too. Our room was lovely with a perfect harbour view. Room 5. Very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Good choice from full breakfast to eggs on toast etc. the only problem was it was massive but very tasty. Good to have a great selection of choice. Kept us going all day , although we managed to squeeze in a cream tea or pasty on our days out! It had to be done. We had a lovely stay here and would return for a short break again. It ticked our boxes with parking, location and breakfast. Recommendations about places to eat were spot on too. We had 3 lovely meals out. Thanks both for a lovely stay and for the little tip about the bridge and tunnel on our way back! Appreciated. Veronica and Robert

The bedroom was lovely great harbor view the staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. Went the extra mile to help celebrate my wife's birthday with an amazing birthday breakfast with candles that was a fantastic touch made us very welcome definitely stay again

Amazing location , great hosts and the breakfast is outstanding.The room we had this time was beautiful, spotless , can’t recommend enough. Have already booked for next year . Music played at breakfast time is lovely and relaxing (ha ha ) That was just for you Colin .

Excellent service, beautiful views accomodation, and location, easy parking . We stayed here for couple of days nothing was too much trouble, breakfast variety was fantastic! Easy access to everything. Liz and Colin were lovely hosts. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant place to stay ! best in Looe , fantastic views , gorgeous food and meticulously clean , lovely hosts who can’t do enough for you , highly recommended for a stay and the best position possible, highly recommended and have stayed here quite a few times

So happy to have stayed there, best stay in Looe I have had, highly recommended. The location is by the side of the harbour in west Looe with lovely views of the small boats, free car parking is provided which is a must in this busy little town, I am re booking for later in the year. Martyn.

Great location right on the waterfront with everything within minutes walking. Very welcoming owners who have all the time to talk about local attractions and where to eat - (great local knowledge). Room was lovely and so clean. The view in the evening when the tide is in and the harbour lights are on is really nice. The breakfasts (and I didn't just have the full English), are among the best I have had anywhere. I didn't see any ground floor rooms so you need to be OK with stairs. The free parking is a true bonus. Would absolutely recommend The Old Bridge House.

Exceptional B&B. Spotless from top to bottom, superb breakfast (with a variety of options to accommodate any taste) that sustained us throughout the day. All topped off by the friendly, helpful hosts Colin and Liz. This was our second visit and in my option, for a B&B it doesn't get any better.

Our second time of staying here and The Old Bridge House still is up there with a comfortable room, superb breakfasts and friendly and accommodating hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay with advice re eating out and places to go. A free parking permit for the nearby carpark is an extra bonus. Can highly recommend.
