The hotel have 2 lobby, which are the main lobby and the basement lobby. The main lobby only took us 1 mins from the entrance, and the basement lobby took us 5 mins to arrive. It is unfortunate that the main lobby only available for car user, eventhough there are hotel guest who used bike just to drop off. We paid with the same amount of money, therefore have the rights to get the same treatment. Harris Hotel as 4 star hotel, should not focus only on the image, but also focusing on the customers service, and should have the flexibility to think whats best depend on the condition. Facility is very basic, and back again need to be more flexible (the hotel is within the apartment Puri Mansion), in which the apartment have tennis court, and empty almost all the time, and we cant use it.

Lovely attentive service from the team across different departments. Truly appreciate the whatsapp engagements to ask about my stay and if I needed additional assistance. My first time at this hotel and had the superbly pleasant surprise that the decor, warmth from the staff and their service level was similar to the Hilton Inn Garden standards that I received 2 weeks ago when in Istanbul. When in Jakarta for work, I usually keep to the few hotels that are attached to the mall. Green Sedaya Mall is small compared to other malls but has a sufficient mix of retail store (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, snacks stands, optical store etc). For quick last minute buy, the hotel has a pop-up convenience store next to the lobby. I also chose Hilton Inn Garden Palem due to its proximity to the airport, just under 20 mins. Will be back if I don't need to be at the city centre for the next trip.
