Ulasan Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel

Hotel location was great and short walk to restaurants and tourist areas. We checked in, threw our stuff in the room, and immediately left. Wasn’t until 10 or 11 when we returned to realize they didn’t put us in the king room we booked. That was disappointing but hotel was clean and roomy. We would stay again!

房間不大，給我們分配的四樓靠街一邊的房間，但是窗子一關就不吵了，酒店提供沐浴露、洗髮、小香皂、拖鞋，其他牙刷、浴帽這些就需要自己準備了。3、4樓都有早餐廳，3樓一般人比較多，而且3樓早餐廳門口的咖啡機有熱水，可以24小時使用的，給我們要喝熱水的提供了方便。酒店一樓的游泳池非常漂亮，能住一樓的話就太完美了。一樓還有自助販賣機和製冰機，設施還是不錯的。酒店不是很豪華，但是非常舒適、温馨。而且酒店地理位置優越，離各個景點都不遠，非常方便、安全，完全靠Uber出行沒有問題。

地理位置很方便，環境設施挺舒服

房間還是比較有年代感的，停車場在G1層，然後坐電梯上三層的大堂，美式早餐中規中矩。再就是地理位置比較好。

Great hotel, breakfast and convenient location. However, when cleaning the room towels were not provided, someone's water bottle was left in the room. That is not the room service one expects.

Breakfast is great with lots of options, hotel room is nice and clean with a view overlooking the pool and garden.

Our stay was a great experience except for the comfort of the bed. The bed my daughter slept on was hard and not very comfortable

Beautiful courtyard and pool, small gym, great location, felt safe, newly remodeled bathroom in room, and good parking situation but overpriced parking fee. Unfortunately when we checked in the trash and items in the refrigerator had been neglected to be taken out in our room from the previous guest. Room wasn’t terrible, it was spacious and had a kitchenette which is hard to find these days, but it needs updating like and smelled musty. Workers were very nice and quick to act once we notified them of the trash in our room. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I had a very good experience, the staff was friendly, the room large and nice, the whole hotel has a classical look and is well taken care of. My only complaint is I could hear people outside at night, but it was brief enough to not be a problem.

My only wishes would be that there was a locking door on the garage and fewer steps on the first floor or, ramps for we older people.

This property was a pretty great stay overall. 4.5 out of 5 stars. It just had a few small issues such as the full length mirror being inside the bathroom door instead of on the outside in the main room, the toilet roll holder kept falling, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming (but not bad). The EV charging was great (since we have an EV) but every other EV owner never moved their car after charging, which wasn't a problem for us since there was always at least one charger open, but could be on a busier weekend or in the future.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel was very conveniently located. The parking was also easy to get to.
