It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize.
Very convenient and beautiful hotel
All staff were so friendly
For Instagramers, it would be heaven
Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so many sweets!
It is floating but very comfy
Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room
It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though
I LOVED THIS HOTEL!!
Definitely will recommend my friends too

The stay was nice , had a wonderful full stay, Rohit was excellent with c/in, c/out was smooth, every time had same experience. Great service , food was good too. Fo team is always smiley. Great hospitality and ambiance. Will always prefer this hotel and refer aswell.

Already staying on this Hotel . After the renovation I found it lacks in some aspects. First , just avoid this Hotel in rainy or foggy weather as there is no visibility through the window. I have shared the photo. I requested the service team to get someone to clean that from outside but the service in charge denied. The service people are there for a fashion show in suits and ties , nothing else. The Food prices are an headache as well. Who charges you 245 + GST + 5% levied service charge. It's insane. The ambience is good inside the hotel. I felt if the service team becomes bit professional all will be OK. Would be releasing an honest vlog about this Hotel as I was an old client of this property. I was actually thinking of booking some rooms for a bachelor party but now bye bye.

From the moment I checked in, Soumen ensured that every aspect of my stay was handled with care and efficiency. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made all the difference, providing a seamless experience. The property itself is stunning, offering a unique floating hotel experience with beautiful views of the river. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was both relaxing and luxurious. However, the highlight of my stay was Soumen's impeccable service. Whether it was helping with inquiries or ensuring every request was promptly met, his professionalism was second to none. I highly recommend Polo Floatel for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway, and I can’t thank Soumen enough for elevating the experience. I will definitely return!

The hotel/ floatel has been made with love and passion as is evident from each title of room category, the staff uniform, and the structural design! The staff were very hospitable, and professional. The restaurant was beautiful and extra cheers to the tasty tandoor prawn and cocktails! Everything was beyond satisfactory except that the room (top floor under the restaurant) we were stationed was leaking somehow and the floor would always be wet.

This hotel built on a ship makes a decent place to stay for an overnighter. While mostly they have maintained a good ambience, the place offers a unique experience to stay on the Ganga flowing ***** the city banks. Haven’t seen any such place.
