We were a group of 10 people, all around 65 years old, the oldest was 75. When we stepped into the hotel early in the morning on November 29, we felt at home. The female doorman took the initiative to come to the car to help us take the luggage and deliver it to the room. Ms. Zheng at the front desk gave us a warm reception, checked us in in advance, and told me to contact her if I needed anything or had any problems... Ms. Zheng at the front desk was really professional and efficient, with a warm and friendly service attitude. She was very detailed in both hotel information and surrounding introductions, which was very impressive. The front desk staff at the restaurant learned about the age of our group and asked the chef to customize two menus that suit our tastes. They also provided free drinks and hot soy milk. The food on the table was amazing, from the taste of the dishes to the way they were presented, every detail reflected the chef's superb skills and dedication. The catering service is excellent. From the front desk to the chef, they all exude a love for food and respect for guests, making people feel at home. In the evening, the hotel sent fruits to each of our rooms. We were very touched and it really felt like home. The charm of the hotel breakfast lies not only in its richness and deliciousness, but also in its attentiveness and thoughtfulness, which makes people feel warmth and care while enjoying the food. Although we only stayed for one night, it was very cozy and really felt like home. Thank you.

The accommodation is OK, but I am not satisfied with the restaurant service this time. I didn't want to go out for food on the first day in Taishun, so my husband and I chose to eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. In order to avoid the crowds on weekends, we went to eat early. Dianping said that it starts at 16:00, but when we arrived at the restaurant, a waiter said it started at 17:00. I asked why it was written at 16:00 on the Dianping. She said that 16:00 was their working time... Then we could only go at 17:00. We were the first to arrive at the restaurant. Many people came later, mostly large tables of group purchases. Their dishes were served very quickly. We waited for about 45 minutes and no dishes were served. It was useless to find the waiter foreman, who said that their dishes were prepared a long time ago, or we would eat group purchase dishes. Then you might as well put a notice at the door that only group purchase dishes are served on weekends, and we won't go to eat. Finally, we were about to leave before a vegetable came out. I thought that if a dish was served in 45 minutes, I didn't know how long I would have to wait for a few more dishes, so I was determined to leave. They didn't apologize at all and asked us to pay for the drinks. We paid for our drinks and left without looking back, feeling very angry and full.

Arrived late at the hotel after a flight delay. Kitchen shut and no food available for order, not even snacks or sandwiches. Front desk suggested me to order food delivery but I couldn’t as I am a foreigner travelling from overseas that didn’t have any WeChat pay or alipay to pay for the service.

Lovely hotel with large, clean rooms. Communicating in English was sometimes a bit of an issue but the staff were friendly. Very limited room service menu however Chinese restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nothing special and mostly Chinese items.

The hotel has a superior location, a clean and tidy environment, and excellent service. The room was new and fancy. Business butler Cheng Cheng is the best. She did a great job and helped us patiently to solve our problems. So my five stars goes to her as much, as to hotel! Got her contact for next visit

The hardware and environment have nothing to say, but the service is too far from the five-star hotel! Did not encounter the net red in the review: Xiao Li and Xiao Huang;  The hotel does not have a smoke-free room. Although the survival is smoke-free, the smell of smoke is very strong. It is easy to open the window and open the curtains to fall asleep. The quality of sleep can be imagined.
