賓館服務很好，大年初一早上火車提早到達了温州，其實五點多就到賓館了，門開着，賓館裏兩衹貓咪迎接的我們一家哈哈。老闆/店員還在睡覺（打呼聲具具具明顯哈哈哈），不好意思，所以等到6點按了服務呼叫（因為報了七點半集合去雁盪山的團，火車提早到了來不及洗漱就被催着下車，想要洗漱一下，不然也不打擾人家清夢），老闆/店員提早讓我們把行李放進了房間併入住。後續以為價格便宜連住不會打掃，但是主動提供了打掃服務，還有一次性用品，瓶裝水也是大方提供。平台顯示沒有吹風機實際上是有的不用擔心。衞生間是有毛巾但是沒有浴巾哦。離火車站很近，帶着家人旅遊市區都是公交出行非常方便。唯一美中不足就是空調開到30℃，出風口確認確實是熱風，但是整個房間就是沒那麼熱不知道為啥。（當然我是非常怕冷得南方人，但是感覺家裡的空調好像制熱25.5℃就挺熱了，可能賓館的空調濾網要清洗了吧。。。）
有電梯有樓梯。

房間暖氣不夠熱，窗外是其它酒店，捱得很近，都能被對面看到，周邊吃的不多，但也可能是春節，沒開業，酒店衞生也很一般，屋子裡蟲子比較多，不過前台服務特別好，熱情周到，積極提供幫助

房間和圖片一樣，符合描述，位置也好找。春節期間這個價位確實是價廉物美。衹是被子有點薄，空調開了一夜也沒有熱氣，早上7點前無熱水。

賓館離温州站不遠，步行能夠到達，可以免費停車，房間寬敞大氣，性價比較高，整體設施較新，有電動窗簾，值得推薦！
