Really fantastic hotel. Reception staff are competent and friendly. Check in and out is fast. Staff are all ready to help. Hotel provides breakfast, simple lunch and tea. Their baked sweet potatoes are delicious. Never ever got hungry while staying at this hotel. My husband and I had been traveling all over China , this hotel is the best. Value for money. Location is also great. Cleanliness is good as well. Plenty of eateries around. Room is equipped with smart technology xiao du. Hope they have this chain in other cities. The day we arrived our room was not ready but the management gave us wonderful news by letting us know they will upgrade our room for free to the best room available. An amazing stay that made extend my stay with them as I had business in Wenzhou. They provide 3 meals for free - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The team present there had nothing but big smiles all the time. Will definitely be staying here when I return. Daily housekeeping. Very hygienic with no smells. The most surprising thing is the thoughtful service of tour guide Wang! Not only did he take us to the beautiful Shuiduikeng Village, he gave detailed explanations along the way, introduced the local history and culture in depth, and specially arranged a papermaking museum experience, so that we can experience the charm of traditional papermaking skills. In addition, we like dried bamboo shoots and want to buy some. Tour guide Wang also helped contact local villagers and bought authentic local dried bamboo shoots, adding a unique experience to the journey. At dinner, he took us to an authentic food store-the special pig offal noodle shop on Temple Street. The snacks here are authentic and delicious. It is indeed a hidden delicacy that only locals know! The layout of the room is very wrong. How can the bed be facing the curtains, and it is still on the first floor. The outside is directly visible to the inside. If the curtains are opened, there is no privacy. Breakfast is difficult to eat, it is the most unpalatable hotel breakfast I have ever encountered. The pancakes are hard like stones, the eggs are cold, and the two small tomatoes are rotten. (I see the details page that says breakfast ➕ one is 108, I don't know how to dare to write) The little brother on duty at night asked to help the microwave heat things. He waited for a few minutes because of playing games, and there was some speechless. The scenery is good at night, and the sun is very hot when it comes out during the day. There are some animals on the grass, and you can smell the smell when you go to the grass edge. All in all, it feels really average.
