We had a high expectation of Kruger camp, but it still exceeded our expectations. The forest and grassland scenes are astonishing. The staff are very friendly. We had a stargazing at midnight and saw the amazing Galaxy. Highly recommended it and wanted to visit it again.

Despite being the most expensive stay of my Northern Xinjiang trip, this hotel offered great value with its serene and peaceful setting, with about an hour from from Sayram Lake. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the rate included breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, making the stay feel worthwhile overall.

沒來之前還覺得山裡酒店怎麼價格做這麼高，來了以後真的是體驗了超五星的感受 少數名族的服務人員都很熱情和周到細緻 一天三餐加下午茶也做的很精緻口味也非常地道 值得值得👏

營地的確很美，晚上可以看星星，服務也好，就是由於地方過於隱蔽，路不是很好開。離賽里木湖開車個大概40多分鐘，稍微有點遠哈。

嘈雜擁擠的五一里還能擁有一片屬於自己的草原和森林，管家小瑪盡心又不過分打擾，行程安排的明明白白，提前溝通天氣情況，帶着騎馬的阿和小哥又耐心又細緻，一定會再來的

這一趟新疆之旅最值得的一站。營地身處一片原生態的山巒之間，舉目望去，草原，森林，山峯盡收眼底。天氣好的時候還能看到遠處的雪山，光是開門見雪山這個感受就令人倍感驚喜了。隨處可見的胖乎乎的土撥鼠就更是孩子的最愛了。
營地的服務也很棒，管家沙木非常貼心的安排好了大小事宜，完全不用自己操心。營地的餐飲特別值得一誇，住過許多高端民宿，常常會遇到硬件很好但餐飲欠佳的民宿，克魯格野奢營地的廚師水平絕對在線，中餐西餐，哪怕是一碗拌麪都令人讚不絕口。
營地還有許多自費的項目，強烈推薦騎馬，工作人員帶着我們騎着馬穿越叢林溪流，那種一邊駕馭馬匹，一邊飽覽美景的體驗感真的非常贊。

服務：服務實在太棒了，點贊管家沙木，十分貼心周到，小朋友一路長途坐車過來，再加上有些高反，一下車就吐了，晚飯也沒吃，到深夜還煮了麪送到房間來，這樣的深山裡真是賓至如歸。
環境：翻過一座座山，走完國道縣道，給羊羣馬羣讓路，再走3公里的顛簸土路、溪流，就會到達克魯格營地，每過一天，花和草就會長出來不少，不敢想象到了夏季和冬季這裏得美成什麼樣。

房間環境很好，乾淨整潔，陽台外面的風景也超好看。
服務：管家沙木的服務很好，我的手有紅包，還特地來我們房間給我處理。
特色精美晚餐2位:晚上的牛排和百花蝦釀牛肚菌非常好吃啊
就是主食黑椒意麪可以再改善一點點。
早餐也非常豐富好吃，最喜歡的是他們自己煮小米粥，個人比較喜歡，還有小菜豆角也是很好吃，是當地的豆角還是不太一樣的。
下次可以帶爸媽一起來
