【服務】 這前台不像是服務人員，像是海關，入住的時候還拿着我的身份證問我身份證後4位是多少，然後我把全部數字都報給他，她面無表情説不像我。退房的時候等了半天，前台也沒有人，我都把行李放上來了，然後都整理了一遍了，再上去才退了房。嚴格是應該的，也是很好的，但是板著臉感覺像別人欠錢似的，現在政府的行政人員都沒有這個範兒。 給送水果過了時間就沒有了，説能泡腳，就是給一個泡腳桶，我就沒有要，夜宵有餃子或者是湯圓兒，我怕餃子這種餡兒會有問題，所以選擇了湯圓兒，前台打電話會給送給了8個小湯圓兒，説是黑芝麻的，但是跟沒有餡兒一樣，也是頭一次吃到這種湯圓兒，我覺得東西不在於多，而在於精，你哪怕就給送兩個，好歹有點兒餡兒，讓人吃着好吃，嘗一嘗就夠了，誰也不是專門兒來這兒吃你的夜宵的，就是你一個品質服務的體現而已。 【設施】設施比較老舊，馬桶不太好用，浴頭水流非常的小，隔音就像隔了一層紙，優點就是大，面對着一個湖心公園，晚上也看不見。那個一次性的拖鞋，寫着可以用，但是不能拿走，拿走要罰30塊錢，那我哪敢用啊，根本就不敢用啊，那你這就不是一次性的。 【早餐】早餐的品種還是挺多的，但是衞生堪憂，進去隨手拿個盤子，那盤子上都臟，旁邊那男的還説這碗都是臟的呀，不知道是怎麼刷盤子洗碗的，這個規模的酒店大樓，連個消毒櫃都沒有。
