I booked my accommodation with them for 2 nights and their service is excellent. If you don't mind, they provide everything needed: towel, bath robes, disposable face towels, disposable toilet seat covers, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower foam, shaver, bathroom slippers and many more. You just need to bring your change of clothes. 3 meals are also provided with my package: buffet breakfast, lunch (either packed rice or sandwich or rice ball) and homecooked dishes for dinner. If you are a vegetarian, you can also request for a vegetarian meal. They were very nice to pick me up from the ticketing service centre back to the hostel, and then from the hostel to panda base on my first day there. After your visit, you just need to text them to arrange for the return trip to the hostel. The food is also filling and delicious. I met a lot of Fubao fans there who are very hospitable and the atmosphere is just like a family. I received a lot of gifts from them, as well as from the hostel owner. I will definitely go back and stay with them again when I visit Fubao at Shenshuping.

Best place to stay for all Fubao fans. Everywhere is intricately decorated with Fubao pictures and it just made you very happy throughout the stay. We stayed in the room opposite where grandpa Jiang used to stay. It was heartwarming to read the well wishes and love for Fubao. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They could arrange to pick us up and send us to Shenshuping panda base. They also prepared simple and delicious dinner for us. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Fubao.

The employees were very kind that they were available to pickup the luggages for the reserved customers. The lunch, dinner and the breakfast next day was wonderful.
Made me feel very emotional when I saw the room decorated to commemorate Zookeeper Kang's visit when he came to Sichuan accompanying beloved giant panda Fubao. Also, employee helped with her best arranging taxi to the airport as well. WeChat contact was replied very fast.
The bed and the room was very comfortable as well. Would love to comeback to this hostel if there is any chance of coming back to Sichuan and go to the panda base as well.
Thank you very much for all the hospitality.

Super nice hotel for a family stay. We stayed at the family room which is very large and has a comfy interior. In general, the hotel has a good standard and offers value for money. Also excellent breakfast. Good location on the hill and free shuttle to the Panda park, although it is in walking distance. And very helpful, friendly and English-speaking staff.

This hotel is wonderful! We had a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend this hotel. We directly felt at home because of the warm welcome and the nicely decorated first floor. On the first floor is a space to sit, relax and eat, it is comfortable and looks very nice. The room was also very comfortable and has a lot of extra's. There was a nice swingchair and a lot of panda-accesories. The location is also very good closeby the panda park and the view from the room is splendid.
The whole staff is so nice! The atmosfere is very pleasant. They helpt us with everything and they gave us very delicious dinner. The breakfast was very good as well. And so was the service and all the extra's they gave us and the rides to the panda park.. A big thank you to the whole staff!

提供基地到民宿的接送，爺爺住過的房間就在3樓。房間乾淨舒適，有暖墊。若注重聲音也有耳塞。有簡單的午餐，房間的茶葉好喝。一次性用品也有，若要步行，上坡很陡。非常謝謝劉老師與所有的服務人員

房間也很乾淨舒服
老闆娘、職員、車隊師傅等都非常友善像朋友的感覺
房間包含的晚餐都好吃(早午餐我沒吃）
離神樹坪不算遠走路都能到，就是有上下坡，但酒店也有提供接送服務
下次再去仍會選擇入住
