Wenchang Hotels with Wi-Fi

An ok hotel, a little dated and overpriced for what we got. Location is ok. Booked a suite and was a little disappointed given the price of the room. Parking was almost impossible and staff were less than helpful in this regard. There are better options locally.

The guest relations manager Raja and Cindy are very friendly and helpful. Raja are very attentive as my parents are in wheelchair which he is very helpful to arrange an accessible room for my mum which is very caring and exactly what we need when travel with elderly. He is so kind to upgrade us to sea view room type which my parents can enjoy their time in hotel. Highly appreciated the staff for all their special care. Thank you for the bell desk who always standby to assist us for luggage and assist with our wheelchair. Great hotel and very relax location. Thank you everyone.

You can't pick up all the shells. It's so rich. It's very convenient to go anywhere. It's not far from the scenic spot. The road is smooth. Coconuts sold on the street are also very cheap. There is also Xiadong Road Night Market and Dad Tea. The price-performance ratio is full! !

The room is spacious (60 square meters) with a reasonable layout. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has a bathtub. The hotel warmly arranged a bath towel swan on the bed, which made me feel warm as soon as I entered the door. I ate seafood and drank herbal tea at the seafood market yesterday, which caused my lover to have diarrhea in the evening. After learning about it, Miss Yan at the front desk asked the restaurant to make millet porridge for us and sent four more bottles of water. It felt like family. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. My lover asked to buy their pillows, and Miss Yan also tried every means to meet our needs. Although this hotel is not as famous as InterContinental and Hilton, the humanized service is in place and the check-in experience is very good! The breakfast is also very rich, and the seafood market is close at hand. When you come to Wenchang, this is really the only choice!

We stayed in the parent-child room on the first day and the slide room on the second day. Overall, it was good and cost-effective. The house we lived in was relatively quiet in the community, but the glass was single-layer glass. The parent-child room was brighter and the Huati room was darker, but the children loved playing on the slide. The fence on the upper bunk was relatively high, and the children slept very safely on the upper bunk. All the wood had no odor, and the pillows and quilts were relatively clean. The aunt in the room was also very polite and kind. If you go to Wenchang to live, this is still good. It is a ten-minute walk from Wenchang Old Street.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. There is also a large supermarket. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink coffee and bask in the sun. It is close to the beach and you can walk there. It is worth staying here. It is very affordable. The overall quality of the hotel is very high. When I checked out, I forgot my hat, and the room cleaning waiter sent the hat to me in the lobby and put it in a bag, which shows that they are well trained, professional and hygienic. I will stay here again in the future

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

The hotel environment is generally good, it is worth staying, the front desk Fu Xiangpei service is in place. The answer is very patient and professional, the breakfast is delicious, the room is very clean, there is no unpleasant smell, the whole is still remarkable, will stay next time.

This is the best hotel ever. The customer service is 10/10. The rooms are spacious and especially love the bathroom.

The hotel is relatively old, the floors, tables and beds in the room are severely worn, and the bathroom is also damaged and moldy. The service is still very good. The room I arranged at the beginning did not have a quilt cover. The waiter rushed over immediately and changed the room. There are more mosquitoes and the seaside is inevitable. However, this location is better than everything, and the price is also conscientious. If it can be refurbished, it is definitely an exclusive choice.
