非常好，挺好的住過這麼多房子，這家真的給我留下了超棒的印象！房間佈置得温馨又舒適，傢俱家電一應俱全，而且非常乾淨整潔，一進屋就能感受到房東的用心。床品柔軟親膚，晚上睡得特別香。周邊生活氣息很濃，便利店、餐館都很近，出行也方便，交通很發達。最讓我感動的是房東的服務態度，熱情又周到，有什麼問題都能及時幫忙解決。這次入住體驗太棒啦，下次來這邊還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

Это квартира. Всё взаимодействие с хозяином идёт либо через wechat, либо если у вас его нет, то по телефону/через trip.com, на китайском языке. Про английский забудьте. Мне помогал во взаимодействии Яндекс переводчик и охранник комплекса, когда возник вопрос зачем я туда иду. Кстати, вся информация относительно заселения, была отправлена мне в 13.51 на электронную почту через trip.com, когда я уже был на территории комплекса, так что проверяйте её и (как я) раньше приходить не следует, либо заранее свяжитесь с хозяином и согласуйте время вашего прибытия.
Комплекс шикарнейший, с павлинами, огромными деревьями, включая массивные фикусы, бассейнами на территории. Несколько входов в комплекс-со стороны моря (восток) и сбоку (юг).
Сама квартира супер, слов нет, как на фото, внутри все круто, шикарный вид из окна. Но не без огрехов: сливной патрубок стиральной машины весь дырявый, при стирке вода заливает часть балкона, вода конечно уходит, но копеечная деталь портит эстетику. Плюс к тому, мне так "повезло", что 26.03.25 утром в квартире не было воды, пришлось ехать не помывшись после моря в Санью, но это конечно не вина хозяина.
До моря идти минут 10, т.к. дом номер 25 в комплексе самый крайний с обратной стороны, но идёшь через всю эту красоту - павлинов, бассейны, деревья.
Тем не менее, впечатления остались только положительные. За такие деньги (1700 RUR) супер условия и за всю мою недельную поездку по острову квартира заняла почётное первое место.

在逸龍灣二十五棟。設施都很新，有冰箱洗衣機。簡單的廚具。來文昌辦點事。住了一晚。比逸龍灣大管家那的房間好太多了。
