I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious (60 square meters) with a reasonable layout. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has a bathtub. I ate seafood and drank herbal tea at the seafood market yesterday, which caused my lover to have diarrhea in the evening. After learning about it, Miss Yan at the front desk asked the restaurant to make millet porridge for us and sent four more bottles of water. It felt like family. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. My lover asked to buy their pillows, and Miss Yan also tried every means to meet our needs. Although this hotel is not as famous as InterContinental and Hilton, the humanized service is in place and the check-in experience is very good! The breakfast is also very rich, and the seafood market is close at hand. When you come to Wenchang, this is really the only choice!

We stayed in the parent-child room on the first day and the slide room on the second day. Overall, it was good and cost-effective. The house we lived in was relatively quiet in the community, but the glass was single-layer glass. The parent-child room was brighter and the Huati room was darker, but the children loved playing on the slide. The fence on the upper bunk was relatively high, and the children slept very safely on the upper bunk. All the wood had no odor, and the pillows and quilts were relatively clean. The aunt in the room was also very polite and kind. If you go to Wenchang to live, this is still good. It is a ten-minute walk from Wenchang Old Street.

I don't know how this hotel deserves a five-star rating. The lobby and parking lot looked nice at first glance, but that was not the case once I got to the room. The ceiling height was not high, the toilet was small, and the shower room was too tight to turn around. No wonder the room price remained the same during the satellite launch and did not increase at all.
