Quality Inn Wenatchee-Leavenworth

The shower was awesome and so was the bed. I slept like a baby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

There was trach all over and it was never picked up, even outside garage was never changed and overflowing and on the ground. There was no staff when I arrived. I had to wait along time and finally call. I would like a full or partial refund!

Dirty around the hotel, garbage overflowing. Inside the room carpet dirty and it has stains, sheets have stains, old food inside the fridge and tub was dirty too fan didnt work inside the bathroom plus pool outside wasnt in service.

The hotel is near many stores and restaurants so it’s in a convenient area. The condition of the hotel is poor. Since our room was at the end of the building we parked where it would be closer to enter near our room. But the door didn’t have an outside handle since it had been ripped off. I mentioned this to the attendant at the desk and she confirmed that yes it did not have a handle. The carpet in the corridors and lobby are very dirty and soiled. We approached our room thinking what will we find when we open the door. But the room was thankfully cleaner but still not as clean as many other hotels we have been to. This being the case we didn’t have any desire to try the continental breakfast that was offered the next morning. The owner needs to invest in cleaning and repairing the building because as I said before, the hotel is in a convenient area. We will try to not stay here again I would rather pay more for something cleaner.

Would not go back Had to ask for bath towels and cups for room. carpet was stained and grungy feeling, esp in hallway outside of elevator on the main floor. bathtub looked like it needed a good deep cleaning, but shower curtain was brand new. Shower gel and creams were tiny portions, soap was okay. Friendlyfaces at desk. Did not visit the pool. Towels were pure white and bleached.

Only great thing about this stay was the staff!! Property needs some major updating and cleaning lol
