房間乾淨整潔，因為帶着孩子入住，中午到達前台就給安排了入住，服務跟得上。首次入住希爾頓郝力克，感受還是不錯的。早餐中規中矩，種類不太多但也夠，涼菜是個特色，收拾餐盤也很及時。整體感覺人沒有想象那麼多，五一假期真的有度假的感覺。
兩點建議：枕頭太軟了睡的不舒服；之前訂房的時候備註無煙房被拒絕，打電話到酒店，被告知不能保證客人在無煙房裡不抽煙，所以不能保證無煙房。頭一次聽到這樣的回答，一般直接安排無煙樓層的房間就好了。感覺前端服務態度需要改進，但整體來説還是可以的。

整個生態園環境很好，裏面很大，轉一圈得開車，每個玩的地方都有工作人員，都有停車場，換取裏有超市，價格可以接受，希爾頓中餐廳吃飯比較貴，遊樂設施五一期間都漲價了，價格就是北京度假酒店的價格吧，作為假期對比人流的好地方還是不錯的

值得推薦噢，主要誇一下工作人員帥經理和小張，態度真的非常好。房間寬敞舒適，打掃乾淨整潔，還有客房送餐服務，訂了披薩和漢堡套餐，帶孩子真是再方便不過了，園區可玩的項目非常多，五一期間也不算擁擠，活動安排井井有條。
