The moment they pulled out the bed, I froze! Don't they even clean the condom bags? The floor was littered with hair and cigarette ash. Behind the curtains was trash from previous guests. The cleaning wasn't thorough, and even the dirty corners weren't cleaned properly!"

After checking out, I sat in the lobby and rested, accidentally left the spare mobile phone on the sofa. After the front desk found out, I immediately called me and asked me to go back and pick it up, which reduced a lot of inconvenience. But there are two suggestions.
