Unclean and just boring for a nice looking hotel in pics.dont recommend this one.plain and expensive for what they offer.may i suggest abit more comfort,plenty more available area.blessings and thankyou for the stay but definitely not for us.

This has been our go to place to stay for years when travelling north so, my bad, I didn’t read up on it or realise it had changed owners. It was very clean as it has always been, it’s very quiet and close to town. But freshly renovated and modernised now equals cheap, budget upgrade: the air-conditioning units didn’t work as normal in 3 of the rooms (purely fan not air-conditioning) so it was a very hot sleep; limited power points so would need an extension cord because it was uncomfortable sitting on the hard chair at the tiny table under the TV; no Sky or Netflix; poor bathroom lighting with a slippery wet area shower floor (a rubber mat is provided). Paid when I booked the room and when I received the confirmation email was then informed a $200 deposit would also be taken the day before we were due to arrive to be returned 5 days after departure. I do like the new digital locks, makes it very easy for late check-ins (just hope this upgrade wasn’t part of the cheap upgrade). Have always appreciated the on-site free parking and lol plenty of toilet paper (lots of places now restrict you to one roll and if you’re lucky a second roll in the bathroom cupboard). Perfectly suitable if you only need a bed to sleep and leaving in the morning, but not really value for money considering what we had to pay.
