Ulasan Bolton Hotel

The room is very tidy and big, even there is no parking available but the staff showed me a free space along the road to park overnight. There is even washing machine which surprised me and it was working well. The breakfast is good but price is 35 nzd not 19 mentioned in the trip site. I booked the room reading others' comment about the breakfast but to be honest the types of food is not so much and didnt meet my expectations.

Very convenient location. The room got everything I needed. The check in process was quick and the concierge did all the thing I asked.

酒店位置很好，在市中心，旁邊就是國會大廈，離渡輪也不遠，房間寬敞乾淨，有廚房設施類似公寓，很適合家庭出行。早餐比希爾頓種類少，質量還行，35nzd一個人孩子（我家3歲半）半價，酒店幫忙停車40nzd，還是很方便。畢竟惠靈頓的酒店基本都不好停車，畢竟市中心寸土寸金。 房間景緻還是不錯的，窗外就是一片綠地，是當地的墓園（本地人都不介意這些，這點和日本很像），我個人感受也覺得無所謂，畢竟環境很好。

Quiet and comfortable. Excellent friendly service. Good room service meal options if you want to hide away. Good quality toilet paper too! I know that's a weird thing to mention but most hotels have pretty average loo paper.

As a family of four, the two bedroom apartment was perfect. Super comfy beds and all the amenities you need, plus really helpful and polite staff. Would definitely stay again.

Very helpful staff. Easy parking, concierge takes and fetches car from Wilson car park opposite hotel. Concierge increased temperature setting in our room, as for us 19° was too low. 5min walk to waterfront.

Reception was very pleasant and respectful. The rooms were more than adequate and the showers were terrific. The bar/lounge was fun with a good selection at the bar and nice desserts. Overall a great experience. A

Very convenient CBD location, especially to the train station. Clean, well appointed suite. Courteous staff. There is no secured luggage storage if you arrive before your room is ready. The washer/dryer is a single unit. It will take up to 3 hours to wash and dry a small load of laundry.

A luxurious stay at The Bolton. We had a King Suite which had many amenities including a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to the harbor and botanic gardens. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed,

Perfect base for a visit to Wellington. Easy walk to Lambton Quay and the waterfront. Attentive, friendly staff. Our room was lovely with a view out towards the botanical garden.

Good location and rooms were high standard but small. The staff were very helpful, responding to queries prior to arrival very efficiently.
