The hotel is a little far away from downtown Weimar, but there is a bus at the door, and there is convenient ground parking for self-driving. The hotel is a bit old, but it has a balcony and you can see the lush forest. There is no hotel breakfast this time because there are too many delicious restaurants in the small town of Weimar. Weimar is really great, not too noisy, highly recommended
The front desk service of the hotel is super patient and friendly. The swimming pool is also highly recommended. The hotel is very cost-effective.
Also, the local potato balls are the best I have ever tasted in Germany, and the fresh mushrooms in the forest are invincible.

Ich war 2 Nächte im Hotel und bin Busfahrerin. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel sauber. Es ist ein kleines bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem super in Ordnung.

Stayed on a Sunday, no food available at the hotel and only restaurant within walking distance closed. No air conditioning and very small beds. Really wouldn’t recommend and neither would I stay here again through choice and can’t really understand how the hotel has the star rating it has been awarded
