Best rooms and bathtub superb, very calm and quit place, best place for couples and family , peace place

We stayed here for 7 nights with our 3 year old twins a pretty long stay.The property is amazing with spacious rooms and very clean and well maintained ,being in forest the pest control and fumigation is so well managed we didn’t face any issues of insect or mosquito bites.Reception staff Vipin,Ashik and the other staffwere very supportive And prompt in replies,our travel arrangement sight seeing everything was well managed with proper guidance.They managed to get us a photographer on short notice for family shoot.Food is so delicious and as we wanted to try local cuisine they curated everyday personnel menu for us Chef Arun made for us local cuisine which was super delicious and chef Israfil .shreef and others personally took care of kids food and our lunches.Allen from restaurant is been through our requirement in entire stay.the servers preetu chawla kasam and others have served us smilingly.Housekeeping staff Pradeep Gautam and staff..thanks for keeping our room so clean and well managed despite kids spoiling it every-time.Not to forget the chai guy who put up evening staff chai and pakora and the security guys who were so Hubble and helpful.thanks to the entire Staff member of the resort for making our stay so memorable we are in love with the place and especially the hospitality..highly recommend this place of any agre group as there is something for everyone.thanks for the departing gift too that’s really touched us❤️

The food is yummy. Lots of options available in food items. We had egg biryani, grilled chicken, grilled fish, juice, cold coffee...everything was good in quantity And quality. The staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. Really thankful to Chowla and Allen for superb gesture and service. Must visit if you are in Waynad
