"High-end luxury has connotation, it is where successful people like us live. Work is going well, my cold has been cured, and I was assigned such a big room by myself. I am so grateful. I didn’t clean it. I cleaned it once every three days! Please pay more attention to yourself. Meritonyyds!"

"Excellent place to stay in Sydney, a great alternative to a city hotel if you require multiple bedrooms or a kitchen. Clean serviced apartments with comfortable beds and full kitchen amenities. Our 2 bedroom had a balcony. The area “Green Square” is a tad uniform in design, prone to strong winds and a little dreary. That said, it’s very conveniently located above Green Square station which is one stop from Central and two stops from the airport so accessing all of Sydney’s major landmarks is no problems at all from this place. It has fairly decent cafes around it, lots of fast food outlets and a supermarket all within a stone’s throw. Heated pool and gym both decent. The only gripe and warning I have, especially for international tourists, is their $3 card surcharge. In this “cashless” hotel that is illegal behaviour and not permitted under Australian law. When challenged it was not applied to me as I stated I was more than happy to pay the security bond with cash. All businesses must afford you a way to pay that does not attract a fee in this country. If the owners want an extra $3 I suggest they apply it to the room rate to avoid these kinds of displeasures. Fortunately the service at reception is fine, so I did not reduce my ratings based on this unnecessarily upsetting and stupid policy the hotel has. I do hope it is scrapped as it is tacky and unnecessary charges like these detract from the service standard achieved by the competent staff employed at the hotel."

"Thr hotel location is nice, very close to train station. Room space is massive but the bath is too small, the toilet facing to the door and its even difficult to close the door when you were in the bath. The worst design is the basin, very narrow, when we wash our hands, water splashed our shoes. Really cant undrrstood why the designer seperated the bathroom in such small space when there was quite enough space in the room."

"Very nice location, close to the metro and close to the airport. No need to transfer trains as it’s a direct one from the airport line. Easy access to the city too. The area however is very quiet, suburb type location. Hotel staffs are friendly. Easy check in and out."

"Booked 10 nights for a business trip. Suite is huge and equipped with sufficient amenities for long stays (e.g., kitchen, gym). However, service can be improved. My room phone didn’t work since the first day. Reception came up and said it has to be fixed by the service provider. When asked when it’ll be fixed, the staff said he’s unsure as he has to wait for the service provider to update him. One day, my duvet sheets came off and made me noticed that the duvet was stained. I was grossed out by it so requested for a change, twice. They mentioned that housekeeping missed my request the first time, but after the second notification, they apparently still missed it. Till the last day, the duvet was still unchanged. Hairdryer was really old which emitted a strange whirring motor sound when I used it, but it was still usable. On the second last night, smoke started emitting from the hairdryer. This, the staff manage to rectify the next day…. Overall stay was ok, but service could really be improved."

"I felt the attentive service from the moment I walked in - the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile, and immediately gave us cartoon stickers and children's bracelets when she saw the children. She also thoughtfully upgraded us to a family suite. The tent toys and cartoon bedding in the room made the baby jump with excitement!"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless. Room was spotless. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in and extra touches such as waters in the mini Fridge and communal kitchen with juices and cereal go a long way to making this pub accommodation, a boutique Sydney stay. The hot water needs some serious work which no doubt was in the works"

"This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings) Facilities to clean clothes, cook as well as relax"
