I stayed in Tower Hotel 4th 5th march 2 nights midweek break. Lady front desk very friendly I had great check in out experience fantastic Fiona. Very very nice friendly. I had Fantastic evening meal Food was best had at Hotel Long time restaurant staff fantastic service friendly. Fryed breakfast fantastic and staff very professional true out Hotel enjoyed food Hotel and rooms very clean Best cleanest I have seen in Hotel fantastic views from Hotel price paid break well worth money really enjoyed my experience I will be back again No faults with this Hotel well run Hotel fantastic service great booking experience by phone Fiona manager staff Thank you My best Hotel experience Long time.

We had travelled from Canada and this was our first stop on our Ireland roadtrip. We were very jetlagged and had spent the day hiking and visiting places and desperately needed sleep but we arrived early. We decided that we would walk around the town until checkin time, but went to the desk to let them know we had parked our car, and the reception was fantastic. The woman at checkin was so kind and even let us know our room was ready, 2 hours in advance, and let us check right in! I have never been so grateful for a warm shower and cozy bed! The accomodations were clean and comfortable and we had an AMAZING view of the river. We opted for breakfast included as well and I was so glad. We enjoyed our first Irish breakfast, which was nice for a buffet! To the staff who were helpful with our questions like "how do you turn on the power", thank you so much for being such gracious hosts!

This Hotel I can't recommend enough it should be a 5 star my husband and I stayed for 1 night and we were treated like royalty the room was immaculate , the food was absolutely delicious , the staff on the reception and the restaurant were 100% very obliging and friendly, the bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly, it was our first time there and it now certainly won't be our last.

This hotel is very central with lovely views over the river. The rooms are very clean. Shampoo, shower caps and body wash are provided but no body lotion or hair conditioner. There is an adequate hair dryer. Sachets of tea and coffee also in the room. There is a small gym with free weights and some machines. Had dinner in the bar. There is a good selection and the best vegan/vegetarian menu I have ever seen in a hotel bar food offering. Breakfast is buffet style. No offering of skimmed/low fat mild and breakfast cereals are limited. Would have like to have more fresh fruit on offer. The TV channel choice is limited and no option for netflix etc. Very nice staff at reception and in the bar especially.

This was our first time at the Tower hotel and hopefully we will get back sometime soon. The most important things first. Spotless rooms and comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was big and looked like had been recently redone. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want and was good quality. The hotel carpark is being upgraded so there wasn't much space but there was a large car park just two minutes walk away, nominal fee. Bar and restaurant had good food and nice ambience. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Couldn't find any fault.

Towers hotel had already been booked for my stay with work so had no choice on other options, as I've stayed here before I was unhappy to return here again. My Room 107 was in poor condition, USB charger sockets broken, paneling around the air con falling apart, main door handle shuts and right outside the window on the roof area are to extremely loud extraction fans, these can be heard through the glass. Evening meal was awful, cheap food and tasteless. Restaurant staff wouldn't do anything to help all they were interested in was taking my money, no help in offering money off the bill etc. Renovation works are being carried out so hardly any hotel parking and extremely tight .

Absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic. I think my room got upgraded because it had a fantastic large private balcony with a stunning view of the city . Exceptionally clean hotel . Lots of toiletries given. Their handsoap / shampoo is one of the nicest I've ever smelt . Also has a leisure center definitely stay again

The Tower Hotel is right on the River Suir. Even if your room doesn't have a view, the breakfast space does, and it's lovely. A modern hotel, across the street from Reginald's Tower and the Viking Triangle. Once we parked in the hotel's lot, we walked everywhere; Waterford Crystal is just down the street. The staff were exceptionally helpful and everyone was cheerful.
