Darryl is a gentleman and was very kind to me when I stayed in his B&B when I was in difficult circumstances after I was homeless due to a breakup the rooms are very clean and comfortable lovely shower and a breakfast room stocked with food to help yourself the location is great walking distance from the city centre and there is parking available a hidden gem 💎 strangers are sometimes kinder to you than those you know and they don't judge

Word of warning - Google Maps does not understand where this place is, thought it was about a mile away ... What 3 Words ref is: aged.weekend.doormat. An "unmanned" B&B where the host is contacted by phone to let you in and show you the layout, then leaves again. Friendly chap, arrived swiftly once we contacted him. Breakfast room with everything you might need to concoct the sort of simple breakfast you would make at home - no cooked breakfast as there's no staff on site. We were 3 male adults and our room was the one at the front of the house with a single bed in the corner and the king-sized bed (two single joined together with one sheet and one quilt - we were effectively sharing a bed. Worst mattresses any of us had ever experienced. Cramped but functional and clean shower room with WC ensuite. Street lights bright through the blinds and a bus stop right at the gate. On a main road but not too noisy - parking very limited. Very close to Waterford centre. Supermarket and eating houses nearby.

Firstly, this is not a proper bed and breakfast. On arrival you are given an access code for the door and the owner leaves the walls are shabby on entrance. The room was very poor. Ensuite tiny, and sink is right in the way of the wc. No wardrobe just a few cheap shelves. The bed was awful. I have back pain all day. No card taken for payment only cash. Do not stay here people

Not impressed it's ment to be delux on suite room but it's nothing like the pictures is was small and cramped the sheets had marks on them and it's ment to be a bed and breakfast and only when we got there were we told there would be no breakfast in the morning when it was to late to cancel and go else where. Also the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with pain in my back sorry to say we won't be back

Reservamos este B&B con desayuno, adjuntamos foto porque en la foto sale bastante bien de los servicios que hemos pagado. Cuando llegamos al B&B nos dijeron que no hacían desayunos. Me parece una estafa incluir un desayuno cuando no se sirve y al mismo precio. No lo recomiendo. Falta reformar los baños.
