Hotels in The Mall, Washington D.C.

The price is expensive and the service is great. At night, I will place Evian mineral water and cups on the bedside table, place foot mats next to the bed and washstand, fill the ice cubes with ice cubes, and turn on the sleep aid music. It is in all hotels I have stayed abroad the best.

The hotel is in a very good location, right outside the White House, and close to DC's main attractions and museums. If you are physically fit, you can walk there. The lobby is very classical and gorgeous, but the room facilities are average, and certainly cannot be compared with the four or five-star hotels in our country. The breakfast is very rich, which is good.

 1. It's a good geographical location for sightseeing, so when I was tired during sightseeing, I would come in for a short rest and then go out again. 2. The air conditioner cooling/heating worked normally, and the bedding was clean and nice. 3. The sink, bathroom, and toilet are separated from each other. There is nothing particularly inconvenient, but it was disappointing that there was no bathtub. 4. The shower head in the bathroom was fixed at the top, so I couldn't move it freely, so this part was inconvenient. 5. There was a large TV, refrigerator, and iron. 6. The view was satisfactory because there was a nice building right in front of it. 7. But the real highlight of this hotel is the rooftop lounge. The night view from the rooftop is unparalleled. (Rooftop is very popular. It is a hot place with rooftop customers from early evening to dawn.) 

The distance is average, we still rely on taxis to go to the attractions The hygiene is good and clean The service is average. I have hung a sign on the door saying ”Do Not Disturb”. We were sleeping late, and the cleaner forced his way in in the morning by swiping his card without any greeting or inquiry. The scene was very embarrassing The comfort level is good. There is no loud noise at night, and the bed is also quite comfortable The water dispenser does not smell like raw water, so you don't need to buy water separately. Bottled water is not provided

The charm of this renovated boutique hotel just steps off of DuPont Circle is only outmatched by the level of friends and customer service provided by the staff. You cannot ask for a more convenient location. There’s the DuPont Metro stop steps away, but we find many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. The rooms are well appointed with up-to-date furnishings and design, and glorious mattresses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free cocktail at 5pm isn’t bad either

The room is very large, the toilet is also large, and the interior is very designed But the service is very average. You have to go downstairs to get water yourself. There is no water delivery service. The location is not as convenient as near the museum area, but it is very clean and safe. It is next to the embassies of Serbia and Kazakhstan.

The facilities are old and the ice machines and vending machines are broken. The environment is very good and the transportation is convenient. The staff has a good sense of service, but the staffing is insufficient. Breakfast is an a la carte system, and it took nearly 50 minutes for the food to be served.

Classy hotel, well situated with friendly and efficient staff. Dinner was well executed offering both indoor, patio and bar seating depending on your preference. There is a library room with a fireplace to relax with a drink or coffee in the morning. Also a nice gym downstairs including Peloton bikes. Definitely a step up from the big hotel chains and a lovely place to stay while visiting Washington DC.

Check in was great, as I was able to get a room before the designated check in time, because my flight arrived early in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels. The hotel is also walking distance from many shops and restaurants in DuPont Circle, which made it a great location to be in. I’d definitely return to this hotel whenever I come back to DC!

Small and exquisite hotel, clean and tidy, good service. But the overnight parking fee is $35. There is a breakfast shop on the right side of the hotel about 5 minutes away and the business is booming. You can walk to the White House and other attractions.
