Ulasan Hotel Arboretum

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights and no once they clean the room even after we had told the front desk that we needed the room clean! The room smell like smoke and we decided to sleep on just one bed due to the fact that it looks like the other bed was not changed from the previous guess it look dirty and wrinkled like someone sleep in the bed and the redone the bed without changing the sheets. Really bad experience

The room was very clean and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was not the best, but for a continental breakfast, it was alright. It did its purpose and held us well until lunch time. The location was good. We were there for a graduation at Howard and the hotel was about 20 minutes from the University

Great hotel. It is a little bit outisde of city center so you need to use public transport or taxi. The hotel was very clran and staff was really friendly and helpful. Check in was only possible after 16:00 and we had to wait for our room 20min as it was not ready. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing. Very simple.

跟我媽一起去的。 首先地理位置很不好！！！在***，交通確實方便但是沒命坐！！！建議沒有車的同胞不要來。滿大街都是**，*******。當時坐公交有個***專程跑過來騷擾，還試圖尾隨我們下車，幸好被公交車司機阻攔了。周圍都是墓地，荒無人煙。 酒店前台人很好，很熱情。 但是空調是壞的，修了也沒好

在這家民宿住真的很舒適。服務人員熱情友好，讓我們感到賓至如歸。房間裝修風格獨特，還有很好的景觀。我們在這裏度過了一個非常愉快的週末。我推薦這家民宿給大家！

優點是房間大，缺點是有一間房空調壞了，酒店響應的慢，再三催才處理好

3 of us stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in March 2024. Check in was easy and our room was clean and quiet. CONS: THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO ANYWHERE! IT COST us $250 to Uber back and forth to the mall for the 4 days!! FALSE ADVERTISING! The breakfast was average.

Albergo nella prima periferia di Washington. In auto comunque in una ventina di minuti si arriva ovunque. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Colazione accettabile. Personale non particolarmente loquace e affabile, ma buona soluzione se si soggiorna a Washington. Parcheggio a pagamento (23 dollari).

Albergo pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa , con letto grande televisore, macchina per il caffè e forno a microonde e pulitissima. Bagno fornito di tutti i comfort. Colazione ben fornita. Fortemente consigliato.
