We used the hotel whilst attending a concert at Lincoln castle. First impression, not quite as it seemed as it was found in a road with houses, so not in grounds, basically it’s an old house that’s been extended. Still, it was ok, nice welcome by the staff. We couldn’t get anything to eat which disappointing despite it being lunchtime and the restaurant didn’t appear that busy and there were people in there. We found our room, not big but clean and had all the necessary facilities. On studying the welcome guide, there appeared to be some strange rules which was entertaining. We took a taxis, about 10 minute journey so location was convenient, but not walkable into Lincoln. Breakfast the following day was freshly cooked which was nice, good choice, but portion quite small and there wasn’t much cold choice which you helped yourself. Pastries were in short supply. Service? Pleasant, but no offer of top up on coffee. Pleasant stay but quite pricey for what we got.

Me and my now wife were looking for a place to get married and fell in love with this venue straight away. From day one we were looked after by the wonderful Lucy, who made us at ease instantly. She answered all of questions swiftly and no request was too much. On our special day we received the best service from start to finish, the whole team are just incredible and the food was impeccable. We can’t wait to visit the venue again on our anniversary for a beautiful meal. We would like to say another huge thank you to Lucy, Jordan and the entire team at Washingborough Hall Hotel.

As soon as we viewed Washingborough Hall hotel and met Lucy, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. From start to finish planing our wedding was a breeze. Lucy and her team are the most helpful friendly staff who can’t do enough to make your experience magical. The food is incredible, we really were blown away with the quality and service! All facilities are of a high clean standard, The whole day was smooth sailing and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Cannot recommend them enough. Thankyou again everyone at washy hall!

What a great place to stay - I can't recommend it highly enough. I needed a hotel to stay in whilst my husband was in Lincoln hospital and I'm so glad I found Washingborough Hall. In its own immaculate grounds with plenty of free parking for guests, in a peaceful countryside setting yet only a 10 mins easy drive to the hospital and centre of Lincoln. The staff are so lovely, always there to help. The rooms are spotless and had tea/coffee, a bottle of water and a homemade shortbread plus small bottles of toiletries, so everything I needed. I stayed on a bed & breakfast basis for 6 nights. Breakfast was always excellent with loads of choice. There are evening meals in the restaurant or lighter meals served all day in the bar, all cooked and presented to perfection. In fact, I was having breakfast in the restaurant one morning and was delighted to see the Red Arrows flying over - quite a regular site apparently as they're based close by. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Our wedding at Washingborough Hall Hotel was truly magical. The venue and the team were exceptional – professional, attentive, and an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. The service was brilliant, with every detail handled with care and precision. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without stress. Our family loved the accommodation – the rooms were elegant, comfortable, and added so much to the overall experience. The venue itself is breathtaking, full of charm and character, and created the perfect setting for our celebration. A special mention to the chefs, who delivered an outstanding Indian-British fusion menu that our guests are still talking about. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. A huge thank you to the entire team at Washingborough Hall Hotel for bringing our dream wedding to life. We would highly, highly recommend this incredible venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to get married.

We returned today on our 1st Anniversary having got married here last year. Our wedding day was superb and also our anniversary stay. Lucy and the wonderful staff at Washy Hall are so professional and welcoming. The food is first class and the ambience so homely and relaxing ! Excellent hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, well kept grounds and ample parking. Easy access to Lincoln by bus or taxi. Food good and plentiful, reasonably priced bar. Room clean and spacious with a lovely large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bed and bedding very comfortable, room quiet and slept well. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

We recently had my Son & Daughter in laws wedding at this beautiful hotel. The day was absolutely perfect. The Hall itself was stunning, the gardens immaculate. All our family & friends were so impressed with the service, the food and the gorgeous bedrooms. Nothing was too much trouble, they just couldn’t do enough to make our day so personal and so special. I can’t single out any staff, they were all lovely without exception. Lucy herself is so helpful and nothing is a problem, just super efficient and a joy to plan with. The day ran seamlessly. We are so so grateful, it was simply amazing. Thank you for everything.
