It’s pet friendly and the price is right. It smelled pretty bad. I had to go out to get cleaning supplies because the bathroom was filthy, black mold in on and around the toilet as well as feces & urine and body hair! Used dirty soap bars on sink and shower, no shower towels only 5 hand towels and 1 washcloths. No sheets for the pull out and I did ask for it. Office closed at 11pm. Told receptionist in a.m. she said sorry and wouldn’t look at me. Writing manager too. It would have been nice but I wasn’t expecting dirty and cleaning my own room. Inconvenient and Yucky!

We made a reservation through hotels. Com and once we got there it looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms were nasty and the guest many looked homeless or like they were on ***** and I think many lived there. They had a no refund policy and a $200 deposit. I was able to get a refund But will take 7-14 days I was too upset.

If you like noisy, dirty, musty hotels with mold on the shower walls and fixtures that don't work, this is your place. I seriously question the favorable reviews since our room was in fact musty, noisy, and poorly cleaned.

This hotel is more a motel. People live there for long periods of time. One person I spoke to has been there for longer than a year. It also smells like pot everywhere. They has a security guard there.

My short stay was very pleasant. My kids and I loved the pool and breakfast. I didn’t expect them to have such a variety of food. The rooms could use a little updating but I didn’t have any issues. I would stay here again.

I'm writing about a lady who works the front desk named Kristen, She was super helpful and supportive. She handled my lock out situation when I could not get back inside of my room. And was so patient with me even though I came back a million and one times for snacks and plates, and cups. She informed me of the breakfast and pool times before leaving all around outstanding and nice lady I will be back in town.

Booked based on reviews and location. Hotel does NOT offer hot breakfast. NO daily cleaning service. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. Hallways smell. Hallways, elevators and rooms are filthy. We stayed in a suite thinking it would be acceptable. Don’t stay here!

Excellent experience. Fast and easy check in. Additional room accommodations were no problem when requested. Checking out and receiving my deposit back was also quick and verified by checking ID. 10/10 rating

Got in late and the room was not cleaned properly. Kristen at the front desk was apologetic and was able to switch my room with no problem. The second room was much better but the TV wasn't working. I called the front desk and she talked me through fixing it. She was very nice.

Kristen is an amazing employee!! She is always friendly and helpful everytime we stay here. My wife and I are traveling nurses and stay here every weekend. Kristen allows us to check-in at 3 am, due to our occupation! Always has a smile and is willing to help in any way possible. Thank you so much for everything that you do, we appreciate it so much!! Made a solo trip to Toronto earlier this month and stopped here for a one-night stay overnight. Room was clean and in good quality. No bells and whistles. Good for what was advertised. Thank you to Kristen who was very friendly and made the check-in process more enjoyable. Would stay here again.
