The village is very walkable with many nice beaches and parks, as well as great restaurants and water activities. Local activities (walking distance to the house) include: 3 beautiful parks, beautiful beaches, outdoor concert area, kayak, SUP, or boat rentals, Canal cruises, fishing, and playground area. You can also walk to the market, post office, village shops, and restaurants. There's also a water park, mini golf, and other activities a short drive away! It is central to many areas of interest: Very close to the rest of Cape Cod, 20 min to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket, 25 minutes to historic Plymouth, 1 hr to Provincetown, 1 hr to Boston, 1 hr to Providence or Newport RI.
