Very pleasant stay but... WHATEVER YOU DO...DONOTUSE EURO PARKS ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL. My reason for saying this... Just look on Trustpilot! They are a bunch of thieves. I stayed for one night and 3 weeks later I get a demand for £100! I paid using their online app as suggested by the receptionist. But my demand says I didn't display a valid pass on my vehicle. Of course I didn't because you don't get an actual pass to display when paying online. I wish Premier Inns had warned me of this but no. I pulled into the car park and parked in one of the spaces marked Premier Inn. Perhaps Premier Inn might want to change their parking advice?

Belle and her crazy hair made my night in the bar the other bar staff Mel and Cal were also fantastic . Jackie and Lavinia were amazing in reception all deserve a pay rise. The hotel was clean and tidy the room was very comfortable and will stay here again in the future thank you

Went in for breakfast this morning with a staff member before our staff meeting and as always food was outstanding nice an hot.was a little busy fantastic service thanks to Mike an the team will definitely go back great staff friendly always welcoming

Wonderful warm welcome at reception. The rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. We were on a family visit for a funeral and Staff throughout the hotel and accompanied Brewers fayre restaurant couldn’t do enough for us. David Ashley and Bella were friendly and supportive during our stay making a difficult journey (myself from Devon and my sister from London) much less stressful. As an employee of Whitbread I was comforted by the standards that were high throughout Premier Inn Walsall. As our elderly father is still a Walsall resident I can say with certainty we would stay again. Thank you to all at the site.

We use this Prem Inn about 2-3 times a yr as its close to a venue we use for events , It is superb for the staffing, all friendly and helpful, they really cant do enough for us , both in the hotel and the Brewetrs Fayre next door. The managers of the Hotel deserve a massive pat on the back to keep all the staff so happy and just to keep the staff , as its very much regular faces.

I was in room 509 (5th floor for 2 nights). The room was lovely. Spacious. Enough space for your clothes and bath was the perfect size. Bed was cosy. Only 2 issues I had while staying here *TV didn't work properly had to go downstairs 3 times to change remote and batteries. Then the colleague had to come to my room to reinstall the TV. So missed most of my film *WiFi signal Was not great. Kept buffering and dropping. Annoying. Overall it was a ok stay and I will be back
