Absolutely loved this house. I stayed for one week. I loved the back screened room. My cat hung out there all day and didn’t want to come in! The property is woodsy with bushes and shrubs and trees creating a more private atmosphere which is what I prefer. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach. There are two bicycles in the garage and we took a ride on the jungle trail, which is also very close. There are other parks in the area as well. I do not like to go out to eat that often so I did a lot of cooking and baking. The oven and the microwave work fine. Martin is a great host. He was good at responding back to me with all of my questions. I would stay here again.

Ideal stay
Everything was great, nothing I could complain about. Cute place in a great location at a reasonable price. Comfortable and well-furnished. Martin was great about communicating with us and making sure everything was going OK. Would definitely book again if we're ever in the area.

Nice house!!
Very nice little house and a nice quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach but a nice walk.

LOVED IT!
Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location, neighborhood is quiet. Martin was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We took advantage of the bicycles in the garage, and took a ride down the Jungle Trail.
We had no issues and would absolutely stay here again. Too bad it's already booked for the time we'll be in town again next year!

real Florida dwelling
A quiet neighborhood and a cute house that was perfect for us. All we needed was there. Martin the owner was quickly responsive to questions. Not far from the beautiful beach which can be accessed easily.

Paradise on Orchid Island... Old School Florida
Stayed here for 5 or 6 years now... owner makes improvements before every stay! Ideal location for many diversions.
