Indriya Sands

One of the worst experiences I have faced during 1 day stay at Indriyasands. Worst service, we reached the property at 1 pm and they made us stay in the reception till 3 pm for some of their internal. Very bad behavior sitting at the reception. No welcome drink was shared inspite of they informing us that it is coming but nothing was served. Despite rooms were vacant in the ground floor we requested to provide us rooms in the groundfloor as my mom had knee issues for climbing stairs no changes were given and frequent power disconnect which stayed till 15 to 20 mins to restart their generators so women's customers would feel less safer at nights. My kids were not well and they vomited outside the room on table and chair kept outside the room they charged us additional INR 500₹ as vomiting cleaning charges, we found it very annoying and the receptionist & manager behavior was very bad and annoying as we asked them about the vomiting charges. Breakfast was average with very minimal items and food shud be ordered 5 to 6 hrs in advance as they don't have live kitchen and its very difficult with kids as they were hungry when we checked in and they told they cannot give any food for noon. Overall it was very bad experiences. We planned this staycation for little joy fun and good service by paying 6k for room but the experiences we got was very stressful.

Indriya Sands Resort offers exciting adventure activities for all ages. We enjoyed sky rope and water sports activities and they offered it complementary for us.. A great way to have fun and stay active during your stay. And the view one side its Arabian sea and on back side is backwater Ee Never stayed in a resort that have this great location

We had an amazing stay at resort and adventure park. Indriya Sands Resort offers excellent staff and service, with a perfect location in Kuzhuppilly between the beach and backwaters. Their beach view and backwater bungalows are highly recommended. .

We had a fantastic stay at Indriya Sands Resort and Adventure Park. The location is absolutely stunning, right by the beach with breathtaking views. The adventure activities were a highlight, offering plenty of fun and excitement. The ropes course and kayaking were particularly enjoyable. Overall, a perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended!

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The resort itself is beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the adventure park offers a lot of fun activities.
