We stayed here for the first time on my girlfriend's birthday. As it was her birthday, when I made the reservation I asked the hotel for a room with a good view, if possible, since it was her birthday. We got a room with a great view, and even received a surprise cake at breakfast. She was very happy, and so was I. It was a very friendly hotel, and I would like to stay here again. This place is heaven on earth! It should definitely be a 5 stars hotel! The service is amazing and the whole place pristine. The sound of the waterfalls is so relaxing and so green! I hope to be back someday! They also offer a free shuttle to take you around places and the breakfast s quality was the best! Thank you!

We went as a family of 4 pax but once we reach the spa . There were only 3 person working but there were at least 4 or more rooms. The dinner voucher was not good at all . Paid 599k but there are actually nothing much to eat we still must order alacarte instead. But overall the rooms are pretty clean. Just the buffet part needs to be improved

Stayed for 4 days, 2 consecutive nights, there was a power outage for1-2 hours, living on the 7th floor has always had a smell of toilets, from the corridor to the room, friends live on the 26th floor of the same building but there is no smell, maybe the 7th floor pipeline is a bit problematic, the washing machine cover in the room is broken, but it can be washed, and the landlord is rewarded. The landlord said that he can go outside to wash and reimburse the fee. Whatapp contacted, and he could find someone at any time. There are gs25 downstairs, but the sound insulation is not very good. You can bring your own earplugs! If you care about the taste, you really have to skip it or tell the landlord not to go to the 7th floor, the rest are OK~
