The room service was quite poor. We check-in and no towels were present in the room. We called room service to request for towels and we didn’t get them after 2 hours of our request. Even after waiting for the 2 hours, only 2 shower towels were provided and nothing more. Amenities were good overall.

The hotel is quite far from the city, and it takes an hour. If you call a taxi by yourself, it costs about 100-120 Fijian dollars. If you ask the hotel to call for you, the price will be doubled. The hotel got my room type wrong this time, and they didn't make any apologies. In the end, Ctrip came forward to mediate. For such a big brand as Shangri-La, it seems that customer satisfaction is a little bit worse.

The room is very old, after all, it was a hotel renovated in 2006. The location is also quite remote, at least 50 minutes' drive from the city center. Fortunately we rented a car, otherwise it would be difficult to move. The air conditioner failed on the second night of my stay, and no staff came to repair it all night long. It was a tough Fijian summer night with over 30 degrees Celsius. Emergency check-out the next day, thank you Ctrip for your cooperation and communication with the hotel. Please choose this Shangri-La with caution.

I booked a king-size bed room with an ocean terrace. The sanitary conditions of the five-star hotel are worrying. I don’t know if there are bugs on the bed or elsewhere in the room. As a result, my arms were bitten while I was sleeping. They were red, itchy and tended to spread. I contracted insect bite dermatitis. , it is highly not recommended to stay. The restaurant buffet is very cost-effective. There are many children in the hotel. People who don’t have children and like to be quiet must not choose this hotel.

Except for the weird rule that you have to check in at 15:00, everything else is pretty good.

The hotel is located far from the airport. There are many tourists during holidays. The check-in time is quite long. The service attitude and sea beach are not as good as other hotels on the main island. There are not many choices for breakfast.

If you are visiting Fiji, it is not recommended to book this hotel. The location is too remote. Most of the tours depart from Nadi Dana Road Port. You will have a hard time! There is an additional 90~120 Fijian dollars for round-trip transfers. I ordered a pick-up service with the hotel, and I was charged 211 Fijian dollars. I was depressed, but I just want to stay in the hotel, and the scenery is still good!

This is definitely a very rubbish hotel, Chinese compatriots don't come to live here! First of all, the facilities of the hotel are very old. A crab crawled out from under the bed of my friend's room. This is Shangri-La! incredible! It's ridiculous! Even more infuriating; when I checked out in the morning, the front desk asked me when I was leaving, and I said I was leaving right away, the car was waiting for me. When I looked at the bill later, I found out that there was a package fee, and I was very confused about what it was. After reading it, the front desk said without hesitation that he made a mistake. I don't want to be sensitive to anyone, but this is ********. This Shangri-La is disgusting.

It's not like the online Tucao, in fact, the environment is OK. The ordinary room is much better than the Marriott ordinary room, and the area is also much larger. The point is that the sound insulation is better than the Marriott! ! It's really the largest hotel here. It also has its own golf course, diving, and its own church. Except far, no problem. Italian dinner + breakfast is delicious. The hotel deposit is 150 FJD per night. Take a taxi to the airport for 211 Fijian dollars. Only cash is accepted. Before 21:00, the front desk of the hotel can help you make an appointment to drop off the airport.
