The privacy was excellent, the quality and variety of food was amazing. I had chosen the room design for birthday and everything was perfect and of high quality. The staff's attitude was absolutely excellent. I made all the arrangements for the birthday surprise with them and it was done without any delay. Overall, I was satisfied and would choose it again.

It is one of the best all inclusive hotel in North cyprus I had an amazing time there Quality of food and rooms with a perfect view and nice atmosphere Full facility, especially in summertime,aqua park, and huge pool and perfect sandy clean beach. Kind staff, especially reception staff Mr. Unur and all f&b staff they were doing great and all the time reply to you with a smile

We love coming to the hotel for a relaxing family time. They have amazing kids club and water park for kids as well as sports playgrounds where we can play tennis, football or basketball. Food is always excellent with good variety for any taste. Indoor swimming pool and SPA is usually where we like spending cold winter evenings.

Excellent resort. Food selection and quality excellent. Beach is on site. Pool Villa complex had its own fully staffed bar. Electric taxis to take you around the resort. Well equipped gym and beautiful spa complex. The villa we had was superb in all ways. Fabulous bathrooms, comfortable beds and really nice layout. The kids club is beyond comparison to almost any other. Huge space, lots of break out rooms and staffed for really long hours so parents can choose times to be alone. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Our espresso machine broke: replacement was there within an hour. We wanted a car for a day off-resort and the desk gave us a contact. If you want to do organised trips out there are agents on site but no pressurised selling at all. The best way to judge a resort is whether you will return. We will definitely.

My stay at the Concorde Luxury Hotel has been fantastic. I wanted to especially mention how impressed I was with the food — it was truly outstanding! The variety and quality were all top-notch, and it really added to the luxury experience. The service has also been exceptional, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I’m looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Everything was nice , the employees respected us ,it was great experience. The service was good everyone smiled to us especially at the eating time . The room/spa/Turkish hammam was very clean and peaceful. Thank you for everything, we will come again . ☺️❤️ (We wish that the price was cheaper )
