Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, the temperature was a sweltering 34 degrees. Our apartment was on the top floor, and the heat was unbearable. The air conditioning was not functioning because it had just been switched off for the heating season, despite being advertised as available. This could be perceived as a misleading advertisement. I requested a fan, but there was no staff available to assist with this issue, resulting in a very uncomfortable night. Fortunately, the air conditioning started working the next day at 10:00 AM. Checkout Issues: After the initial discomfort, the rest of our stay went smoothly until checkout. I had previously arranged for a late checkout until 12:00 PM with Customer Service. However, after having breakfast, we returned at 11:15 AM to find that the access code to the building had been deactivated. I reached out to customer service for assistance but did not receive a response. We eventually managed to get back into the apartment to retrieve our suitcases. Conclusion: The apartments themselves are nice and centrally located, but the miscommunication between customer service, the building, and guests significantly detracted from our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays for others.
