A cockroach found in the room, switched room ASAP, it was late at night so I decided to stay, did not ask for compensation since I stayed, and will not book again!!!

Not recommended, because I chose the wrong date, one day earlier, and the platform and the hotel did not agree to change the date. The platform said the hotel did not agree, and the hotel said the platform did not agree. Disappointed, bad review!!! I will not use Ctrip after returning to China.
