Smoking and pet violation, $500, and immediate eviction with no refund. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, hot water pot, silverware, plates and bowls, pots & pans, two burner stove top and cooking utensils. Plenty of linens, bedding & cleaning supplies are provided. Bathroom amenities are provided upon arrival--after you run out, you must provide your own. Monitored security cameras are mounted outside around the property.
