The room was smelling. Room was very small for 5 people. Chairs were rusted and old. Washroom was not well maintained.

Got this property through make my trip, had a good stay. Location is very near to kailashgiri and rk beach. Staff behaviour very well. They are friendly and helping in nature. Overall very good hotel with pocket friendly budget.

Worst experience ever. Pathetic room service, poorest room quality, water leakage from ac and even after asking multiple times no cleaning. The rooms were stinky. You need to follow up in the reception for water bottles also. Rude staff. Corridors, staircase, lobby all were dirty.

Providing water is a basic amenity where this stay hotel lacks, when asked about water their response was horrible, “ we don’t have complimentary water sysytem “ rooms are small and conjusted, no hot water for bathing, no house keeping, paid a lot amount for this horrible stay, never recommend anyone here hence forth

the hotel is not at all maintained. Service is also not proper - landline doesn't work and service boys take 15 mins to come when informed by mobile calls. The pics on hotel booking sites are myths as the hotel isn't maintained well. The other property Homey Meadows is also bad. I stayed in the Suite room but it's bathroom is like a public washroom. No dustbin, no doormat, no toiletries, no mosquito repellent, no water bottle in the room. Avoid booking this hotel - I paid in advance and booked a Family room but it was not blocked for me. I was given a pathetic executive room which I later changed to the Suite room by paying extra charges. So many better options available in the vicinity with better pricing too.
