The Beacon Hotel Visakhapatnam

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the warm and courteous staff mainly by the front desk staff by name Reshma. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was commendable—Reshma was polite, helpful, and made the stay feel comfortable. However, one area that clearly needs attention is the food quality. While the menu had a good variety, the actual taste and freshness of the dishes were underwhelming. Some items lacked flavor, and a few felt reheated rather than freshly prepared. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better consistency and quality in the meals served. If the kitchen matches the level of service the front desk and housekeeping provide, this hotel has great potential to offer a much more satisfying experience. I hope they take the feedback seriously and work on improving the culinary aspect. Would consider staying again, but definitely hoping for better meals next time.

The stay is very comfortable and best stay to stay in vizag akkayapalem the ambiance is very nice and the food is delicious and it is very close to akkayapalem bus stop it is walkable distance from akkayapalem bus stop I recommend every to the Beacon Hotel

Quality of the room and service was soo good ans coming to the hospitality as well, a part from them the food from the restaurant was reasonable and worth the cost . And Reshma right near reception assisted very well 🎖️. Last but now the least it was wonder experience there .
