I was robbed during my stay for my son's soccer tournament. Despite being assured by staff that housekeeping wouldn't enter rooms with pets until after checkout, I returned to find evidence of entry and discovered my iPad and cash missing. The lack of care from both the hotel and unhelpful staff, notably Chloe at the front desk, was disheartening. Additionally, the room was dirty, the elevator seemed unsafe, and obtaining the general manager's contact information proved unnecessarily difficult. No compensation was offered for my losses, and the overall disregard for customer concerns was evident throughout my stay.
