Very dirty surroundings, Had I know that I would have Never
Rent such an Ugly, Noisy, dirty, moldy Room like this.
I will rate it ( 1 ) Star.

This is a good place for a budget stay but the bed was a bit creaky and uncomfortable for us. The air conditioning was very loud and the door wasn't properly secure. I probably wouldn't stay again, but it's good if you're on a budget and want to be near the oceanfront.

The building itself is old. However, it is very clean. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff was very attentive and kind. Free parking is another plus.

Our 3 night stay was great. The people who own it were very nice, and acted quick when we needed help with a few things. Clean room, bed was very comfy. They are doing some renovations as well. The other guests were quiet and nice as well. Overall, a really great place, and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk, and plenty of restaurants around

This is our 3rd year staying here. We Love that it’s one block to the beach. There is a 7 - 11 right next store and many other stores within walking distance. We plan to stay next year also!

This was one of THEEEE best hotels I have ever stayed in! The property was wonderful, the service was excellent, the staff were amazing, very kind, very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home. Anyone staying here, I highly recommend it!

Not very clean, the sheets did not look clean from the last person. Sand on the floors when we arrived. No house keeping on the weekends. Front desk staff was very nice and let us check in early. Good area close to the beach but very noisy. Bed is very firm and the pillows are flat. Walls are thin and you can hear local buzz all night. Bathrooms are incredibly small. Pool was not clean- there was hairballs and leaves in it. Outlets and USB outlet did not work. No blackout curtains and the balcony light shines into the room leaving lots of light at nighttime.
