Good location right near the beach. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great night’s sleep. Solid breakfast options, though I wish they had some bacon in addition to their offerings. I would absolutely stay there again if I needed a hotel in Virginia Beach.

Elevators and sliding doors to enter were out of service. Included breakfast was very low quality… powdered eggs, cheap coffee etc. staff was friendly

Good hotel. Great location. Just a block off the beach and boardwalk. Helpful staff, excellent free breakfast daily. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. No charge for parking which is great. And clean nice rooms……..

The images posted online of this hotel are misleading. The rooms are dark and dreary (online photos have been brightened). The shower did not work, and I waited three hours to repair it. The shower curtain had mold on it and, though reported, was not changed. There is no temporary luggage storage if guests need it (My luggage was eventually placed in the cleaning closet temporarily). Charlie and Preti (front desk staff) were pleasant, apologetic, and tried to be helpful. So, staff interactions and location were the only pluses. I would not stay here again.

Checked in late at night, the night front desk agent was fast asleep behind the desk. Room and building is very dated. No hot water throughout my stay. Even though this is an IHG property with few cars in the parking lot. I was denied a late check out. None of the houses keeping spoke English.

The rooms were clean. People were constantly cleaning and the the hotel had a good fresh smell. Slow elevator, standard hotel breakfast. Better than most of the surrounding hotels. Parking is tight, but free. I did see some hairs that weren't mine when I checked in. Great internet service

First of all they promise daily room cleaning and towels. That was a lie. Came back after 4pm and nothing was done. The bed was sunk in the middle so we both slept in the middle. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had very little suction so the room gets saturated with steam when taking a shower.

the room is kinda big, we chose queen’s bed .. clean and the breakfast is good too not bad with service. the staff clean the room every day the location just walk a few minutes from the broad walk. and the pool is not too big, but still good thank you

The hotel was close to Neptune. Across the street from the beach. As soon as we walked in, you could smell how clean it was. My family of four got a suite, which was spacious and appeared to be newly renovated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The reason why it didn't get a higher score was because only one working elevator and the bathroom was a little small. A small dresser for clothes would be helpful. Other than that, my family was satisfied with our experience.
