Overall our 4 day stay was great!! Beachfront view on the boardwalk , staff was friendly, breakfast was okay . We really didn’t have any problems besides their WATER BUGS (that look like roaches where I am from lol )on the balcony our last night 😭

Beautiful hotel nice people and really good breakfast bigger parking lots and nice room beds very clean rooms the only bad the hotel is no pet friendly

Not impressed, out dated, not real clean, breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hallways are dark, depressing and cold. The room was outdated.

I loved that it was in walking distance to many of the shops, attractions and the beach. The hotel needs to be renovated. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The breakfast was not what we expected. We had to warm up the omelette’s ourselves. The juice was also very watered down.

I stayed for the day. My group stayed overnight. I ordered the wrong room. I let the GM know, and he quickly resolved the mixup.
The only thing I would recommend is to clean the pool's walls.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling and it really needs it. It's a great location on the oceanfront. The bedding was stained. The balcony was full of construction debris. The bathroom was huge but not very functional for more than one persons "stuff". The breakfast was served continental style in a "basement" area of sorts. The staff was lounging around and on her phone the entire time but expected a "tip". I sincerely hope that this remodel will improve all of the above for this hotel.

Property has definitely went down over the past years. Rooms were not clean and no hot water. Only stayed one night so it was bearable but definitely wouldn't want to spend a weekend much less a week there. Definitely not the hotel I remembered from 10 years ago. Staff was friendly though

The staff is great will do what ever they can for you. Rooms are being remodeled so there are some problems.But they are doing their best

Continental breakfast was not very good and had to wait on staff in front of me grabbing food. Staff was loud hanging around in lobby and room was dirty with a very small bathroom.

DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!! staff walked in my room without knocking or announcing himself when he walked in my room. He asked me if I had an attitude so I said yes because I'm in pain and you just walked in without announcing yourself so you can leave. The rooms smelled like mold and mildew. The beds were so dirty that I had them bring us new ones and when I explained this to management they didn't do anything to help us out. It was the night staff that offered to move us that night but my son got sick. I spoke with the manager and explained all of my issues and unfortunately he didn't even offer me a refund. I will never stay at this nasty place again. They knew the rooms had flooded and they still put us in there.
