One of the worst stays in Pondicherry. Recent reviews totally justify it. If you see a positive review be sure it's coming from the influence of the hotel staff/or they force you to give 5 stars while checking out. The pictures are deceptive and are taken 10 years back when the hotel was managed by people who knew how to manage. The rooms literally stink, the washrooms have stains all around.. You'd be disgusted to even step in to the washroom or sit in the toilet seat. Disgusting.

This is my Second time here and it's even worst This feedback's only for The two ladies at the front desk my whole family truly appreciate both of you😊 K&M) Rooms were So poor Ac was 0/0 And the worst part is the restaurant people and the two local Madam's at the restaurant full of attitudes and their whole team plus the Food was so out of taste 000/000 The only good about this Grand Serenaa is the lobby where we got to encounterd by two LADIES we got a good chit chat where my daughter truly adored them. #last but not the least #A Big shoutout to Karthika and Mercy for the smooth checked in the mean time welcome was full of sugar so we told to change when the honest reply was (there was no other welcome drink) But Mercy bought water for us that was truly amazing of Her Thank you Karthika and Mercy Shoutout to you both

We stayed in this facility for 3 days and let me start by giving the only positive thing of this place, the location and the room that we stayed. Now the cons of this place. 1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 2 PM but the room was ready only by 6 PM 2. When the kids wanted to get into the pool the staff started asking us get out of the pool even when we told them that the check-in was delayed 3. When we ask for anything over the phone with the reception, those things should be asked multiple times. 4.The complimentary breakfast was terrible with the same menu everyday and nothing in terms of taste. 5. During the last day when we asked for couple of water bottles the receptionist started saying that they can’t provide new bottles and it is against their company policy. 6. The outside corridors and the balcony were so dirty that we couldn’t walk with bare foot 7. The behaviour of the staff was also not as desired. I would suggest any one planning to check-in to this resort/hotel would be better to find some place else where the facilities will be good at the same or lower price.

Good place to Hangout for couples and very near to Pondicherry city. Having beautiful swimming pool view suite rooms. Pool is nice and ambience is good , hospitality and staff recieving is good ,Mercy,Mohith,and Harish are good and responds immediately , I highly recommend this place to spend a good time with ur loved ones

A nice and calm resort that’s located at the entrance of Pondicherry. The main highlight of the resort is its swimming pool. They have a bigger kid pool and kids in the resort were having their time. Room services were on time and food at Restraunt is good. The improvement areas were the switch boards inside the room where all the charger points were loose and need some renovation on doors and washroom, atleast the room which we stayed. But those are not a big deal as the entire stay was great and we enjoyed the complete trip. Thanks Grand Serenaa for the wonderful experience.
