Vila Koh Samui

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location, facilities, and services were all top-notch. We were already amazed when we were introduced to the ”Chapter” or the Villa area of the hotel. Words could not describe our excitement when we entered the Secret Pool Villa. It was definitely a mesmerizing experience. I always liked to try new hotels but this may be the first hotel that I would return again in the future. PS: Thank you to the front desk staffs on 11/02/24 who helped to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife. She loved the roses very much.

Pao Jin Poon has a very good location and it’s main attraction is it’s pool villa room. We had the entire resort to ourselves when we went just before the Chinese New Year’s rush, and that was great! If you choose to stay there go for one of those rooms! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. However, be aware that the villa, while a nice size, is a bit “rustic.” It doesn’t seem like many guests stay there, which I actually prefer, but that means some of the amenities like toiletries and other items aren’t very new and the toilet needed water to help it flush completely. Other than that it was a really nice stay! The resort was a 2-minute walk from one of the best Thai restaurants my partner and I have ever been to!

環境：房子裏很漂亮的景色，房子也有設計感，拍照出片，就是樓梯房，對於長者來説不是特別方便。 設施：酒店在山上，出行不是很便利，但是蘇梅大部分酒店都是這樣。做飯的設備一應俱全，咖啡機，烤箱都有。就是沒有洗衣機乾衣機有點拉胯，自己洗衣服的話有點難幹，送洗的話要費用而且24小時才能回來。 衞生：有歡迎的小毛巾，打掃整體來説比較乾淨，但是不知道是不是環保政策，跟以前在泰國住的酒店不一樣，住店五天，毛巾都沒換過，衹會原地幫忙疊一下，甚至不會歸位。因為在山上，也有很多小蟲蟲，雖然每天都會有人點香茅味的驅蚊，但是用處不大。不能太講究。 服務：這個是最不滿意的地方。一開始感覺管家還比較熱情，能幫忙申請嬰兒床，但是後面發現很多不變通的政策。比如不能穿鞋進房子，店家衹能接送我們到山腳的便利店，我們因為下大雨困在了便利店旁邊三百米的地方，店家也説接不了。早餐品種固定，都是香腸和雞蛋，想説能不能加點蔬菜或者培根，店家説做不了，後面自己花錢買的培根。做早餐的員工倒是比較有禮貌，但是最早八點上班，早於八點想吃的話衹能配三明治。衹包機場接不包送。感覺整體體驗上跟泰國其他連鎖酒店比如悦榕莊和洲際都有差距。 總的來説，因為提前兩個月定的，價格比較合適，三房大概3k一晚，性價比算挺高的。但是下次來可能會選擇其他設施和服務更好的連鎖酒店。

We stayed at this property for five nights and found the stay to be just okay. Unfortunately, the rooms and the entire complex are very outdated, not modern at all, and overall a bit run-down. Many things were broken or in need of renovation. In our room, the toilet flush didn’t work properly, and there was an unpleasant smell that I personally found disturbing. We booked a pool villa that was supposed to have a sea view, but sadly, that sea view did not exist. Direct access to the sea is also not really available. You can climb over many rocks at your own risk, but there are no sunbeds or facilities at the beach. On a very positive note, the cleaning service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every single day, and our private pool was also spotless. Breakfast is not served as a buffet but rather as three fixed menus to choose from. While we found this a bit too limited, the food itself was very tasty. The shuttle from the harbor to the hotel was unfortunately not free of charge, though the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was complimentary. Renting a scooter on-site was very easy and convenient. The location of the hotel, however, was very good, which made it easy to get around. All in all, our stay was fine, but we would not choose this accommodation again. It felt like there was a lot of maintenance work needed across the property, yet we never really saw anyone working on it. This is a shame, as the resort and villas themselves have a lot of potential, but unfortunately, that potential is not being used.

Las habitaciones y las vistas son increíbles merece la pena gastarse un poco más de dinero para obtener la mejor vista ya que si estás detrás tampoco ves mucho, las piscinas son increíbles en general es todo muy bonito el único inconveniente esque tienes que ser conciente de que la ubicación casi no llega ni el taxi, es un camino complicado para coches
